This Privacy Policy describes how viveksharm.com and its subdomains (including chat.viveksharm.com), collectively referred to as the "Services," collect, use, and protect your personal information. The Services include the "delphi-llm" application (also referred to as "Paramesh Research Assistant") and are operated by Vivek Paramesh ("administrator," "we," "us") from Palo Alto, California.
When you sign in using Google OAuth, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google. This information is used to create and manage your account on the platform.
The platform stores your chat history, including messages you send and responses generated by AI models. This data is associated with your user account and is used to provide chat continuity and history features.
If you upload documents for use with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), those documents and their generated embeddings (vector representations) are stored on the platform's servers and associated with your account.
If you authorize integrations with third-party services (such as Google Calendar, Google Drive, or Gmail) via MCP servers, the platform accesses data from those services on your behalf. This data is used in real time to respond to your queries and is not permanently stored by the platform beyond what is included in your chat history.
The platform records usage metadata including model selection, token counts, response times, and estimated API costs. This data is used for cost tracking and platform monitoring.
Standard web server logs may record your IP address, browser user agent, and request timestamps. These logs are used for security monitoring and troubleshooting and are retained for a limited period.
