By accessing or using any services hosted at viveksharm.com and its subdomains (including chat.viveksharm.com), collectively referred to as the "Services," you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.

2. Description of Services

The Services provide access to a private AI-powered research and chat platform known as "delphi-llm" (also referred to as "Paramesh Research Assistant"). The platform also provides document upload, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and integration with third-party services such as Google Calendar and Google Drive via MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers.

3. Eligibility and Access

The Services are not open to the general public. Access is granted on an invitation-only basis at the sole discretion of the site administrator. The administrator reserves the right to revoke access at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.

4. User Accounts

You may be required to authenticate using Google OAuth or another supported authentication method. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may not share your account or allow others to access the Services using your credentials.

7. Uploaded Content

You may upload documents to the platform for use with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG). By uploading content, you represent that you have the right to use and process that content. Uploaded documents are stored on the platform's servers and are isolated to your user account unless explicitly shared. The administrator does not claim ownership of your uploaded content.

8. Third-Party Services

The Services integrate with third-party APIs and services, including Google Workspace (Calendar, Drive, Gmail) via MCP servers. When you authorize access to these services, you are granting the platform permission to act on your behalf within the scope of the permissions you approve. The administrator is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or security of third-party services.

9. Cost and Payment

The Services are currently provided free of charge to invited users. The administrator reserves the right to introduce usage limits, request cost-sharing contributions, or discontinue the Services at any time. AI model API costs are borne by the administrator unless otherwise communicated.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how your data is collected, used, and stored.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The administrator does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. The administrator makes no warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of AI-generated content.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the administrator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or reliance on AI-generated content.

13. Termination

The administrator may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. The administrator may delete your account data, including chat history and uploaded documents, following termination.

14. Changes to These Terms

The administrator reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be indicated by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
